This is to inform all members that the Ghaziabad Bar Association has launched its official website with a Digital QR-Based ID Card and Vehicle Pass facility.

The platform is currently available in Beta (Trial) Version. Through this portal, advocates can:

• Pay and track their Bar subscription fees online.

• View payment history and membership records.

• Access facilities such as Vakalatnama and Memo services.

• Receive real-time notifications and important updates.

• Avail additional digital services that will be introduced in phases.

All advocates are requested to update their profiles on the official website at the earliest.

It is also mandatory for all interns, clerks (Munshi), and other staff members working in the court premises to obtain their official ID Cards.

This initiative has been introduced to strengthen the security of the court premises and the Bar Association, while also facilitating future digital services and administrative functions.

How to Apply

1. Online: Log in to the official website and submit your application.

2. Offline: Obtain and submit the application form at the Ghaziabad Bar Association Office.

Photo & Record Update

All advocates are requested to update their records and upload a Band Photograph (Wearing Advocate's Band) on the official website.

Photo Specifications:

• Size: 300 × 300 pixels

• Maximum File Size: Less than 1 MB

Advocates may update their profiles themselves through the website or visit the Bar Office for assistance.
