Rules and Regulations for Public and Advocates

The following rules and regulations are set forth to maintain the integrity, professionalism, and smooth functioning of the Bar Association Ghaziabad (GZB) for both advocates and the public:

• General Conduct: All members, including advocates and the public, must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and ethics as set by the GZB and Bar Council of India.
• Adherence to Bar Council Rules: Advocates are required to follow the rules of conduct as prescribed by the Bar Council of India, in addition to those outlined by the GZB.
• Behavioral Expectations: Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of the Association's rules will result in appropriate action, including suspension or expulsion.
• Membership: Advocates seeking membership must submit their applications in compliance with GZB membership guidelines, which will be reviewed by the association.
